QC- Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 16:20pm Position Summary: The Quality Control (QC) Inspector ensures that all products meet established quality standards before they are released for distribution or sale. This role involves inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: * Product Inspection: Examine raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet company and regulatory quality standards. * Testing and Sampling: Perform quality tests, take product samples, and analyze defects or inconsistencies. * Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate inspection records, create reports on quality issues, and communicate findings to management. * Process Monitoring: Oversee production processes, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. * Compliance & Audits: Ensure that all quality control procedures align with industry regulations and internal policies. * Corrective Actions: Identify defects, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to improve product quality. * Equipment Calibration: Ensure testing equipment and tools are regularly calibrated and functioning properly. * Collaboration: Work closely with production, warehouse, and management teams to improve product quality and efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field is a plus). * Experience in quality control, preferably in food production or manufacturing. * Knowledge of quality control standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO). * Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. * Ability to use testing equipment and software. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Work Environment: * May require standing for long periods and working in production areas. * Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols is essential
