Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration & Distribution Team Leader to manage the daily operations of our administration and logistics teams. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflow, accurate processing, and timely delivery of services, while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of administration and distribution operatives to meet operational and personal development goals.
- Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of repairs from various sources, including customer and business requests.
- Supervise the identification and assessment of stock, ensuring quality control and commercial viability for distribution.
- Ensure accurate data recording and inventory control in line with company policies and governance standards.
- Monitor and manage dispatch processes, ensuring secure and timely delivery to customers and outsource centres.
- Support all areas of administration and logistics as needed to maintain operational flow.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication between stores and departments regarding parts and repair progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and third-party suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to maximise efficiency and talent development.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to support Swiss Time’s strategic goals.
Essential Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with strong planning and organisational abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in logistics or administration preferred.
- Some knowledge of watches is desirable, but not essential.
