Responsible for processing all quote acceptance, sourcing, requesting material to be ordered, planning and allocation of all planned repairs – approximately 2000 jobs per annum. Priority tasks are highlighted Predominantly office-based role with some field attendance. Working Hours: Monday – Thursday Office hours 8.00 – 5.00 pm 4.00 pm Friday Key Responsibilities: Assisting engineers with technical support. Providing support to office-based staff. Participation Manager on Call. Meeting, exceeding expectations & KPI set by Director of Operations. Daily, weekly quotations – Target to be agreed. Ensure job completion within SLA; exceptions will be jobs that have an extended lead time. Job completions within labour and budget. Management, planning and allocation of ALL planned repairs. Daily task – review all completed job sheets; priority task. Supervision, managing team of dedicated repair engineers & technicians. Ensure GES best practice is implemented, understood & followed. Ensure Health & Safety Policy is always followed. Ensuring all GES policies are understood & followed. Requesting mitigation of SLA if it cannot be met. Engineers have the correct PPE, tools to carry out allocated jobs. Interaction with all departments, specifically Purchasing & Stock Management. Providing clear & concise instructions for ordering parts & Pudo / UPS arrangements. Providing clear & concise instructions to engineers for repairs. Review & monitor engineer company issued equipment. Ensure ALL Labour hours are met Co Op planned repairs. Ensure engineers login / out of all portals. Improve the quality of submitted reports, job sheets. Identify, manage & measure engineers who fail to report items – site / quality further training may be required. Isolated lifts Process & follow up action. Preparing, Compiling Quotations for ALL reported items & job types; priority task. Utilising stock parts before placing orders with suppliers. HSS hire process is rigidly followed on & off hire of all equipment. Booking jobs in with site. Running the weekly repeat call out report – recommend corrective action. Running & exporting Work in Progress Report – Review & progress all jobs through to completion. Follow up all completed jobs – bill or return visit. Hold regular meetings with Service Delivery Manager. Hold regular meetings with Director of Operations. Communicate ALL changes to engineers & technicians. Setting up and holding engineer Toolbox talks. Ensure the correct level of detail is updated on the To do section of job screen.
