Remote with travel – North of England (East Yorkshire)

We’re looking for an Online Content Coordinator to join our Commercial team and take ownership of our digital product content across D2C, Amazon, and other marketplace channels. This is a hands-on role, reporting directly to the Head of D2C.

Why this role is important:

As our product range and digital channels continue to grow, we need a dedicated content lead to bring consistency, accuracy, and speed to our online listings. Currently, content management is spread across multiple team members, which slows us down and affects quality—especially on Amazon. We’re looking for someone who can bring structure and efficiency to this process.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and optimise product content across our websites and marketplaces, with a strong focus on Amazon
  • Create and improve listings, including A+ content and SEO
  • Work with brand partners to gather and manage assets (imagery, copy, claims)
  • Oversee a small offshore support team for content uploads and formatting
  • Ensure consistency and localisation across UK and EU platforms
  • Identify and resolve content gaps and inefficiencies

What we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on experience managing product content for Amazon and/or D2C sites
  • Channel experience (e.g., Channable, ChannelEngine, Feedonomics), that combination is highly valuable—especially for brands, agencies, or sellers managing multi-channel eCommerce.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of digital content best practices
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the content process
  • Comfortable working at pace in a small, collaborative team

This is a key role in helping us improve performance across our online channels. If you’re based in the North and want to make a meaningful impact in a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
