Job Description
Entrepreneurial Taxes Manager / Senior ManagerScotland / Newcastle£50,000 – £75,000 (Hybrid working & wider benefits)An exciting opportunity to join One of the largest independent firms in Scotland as a Manager or Senior Manager in the Entrepreneurial Taxes team, advising high-growth companies, entrepreneurs, and investors on innovative tax planning solutions.With a strong focus on employee share incentives and venture capital tax reliefs, this client-facing advisory role offers the chance to work closely with some of the UK's most dynamic businesses while developing deep expertise in a high-growth area of tax.As an Entrepreneurial Taxes Manager / Senior Manager, you will:
- Advise on employee share schemes including EMI, CSOPs, growth shares, and unapproved options.
- Support clients with EMI valuations and annual Employment Related Securities (ERS) reporting.
- Deliver technical guidance on SEIS/EIS qualification criteria, structuring, and investor communication.
- Prepare advance assurance applications and compliance submissions to HMRC.
