Job Description

Azure qualified Technical Support Engineer – Investment Banking – Immediate start

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with a proven VIP support background in Investment Banking and a valid Azure certification to join our client’s team in Central London. This is an onsite role for an initial 6 week contract  with potential for extension.

Key Details

  • Location: Onsite, Central London

  • Shifts: Rotational – 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | 10:30 AM–7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

  • Rate: £250 per day (Inside IR35 – Umbrella contractors only)

  • Languages: Fluency in French is advantageous

Essential Skills & Experience(non-negotiable)

  • VIP support experience within the Investment Banking sector

  • Azure certification and hands-on Azure administration/support experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience across 1st to 3rd Line Support

  • Service Desk background – supporting users remotely and managing tickets via an Incident Management tool

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Windows platforms)

  • Windows OS support (Windows 7 & 10)

  • Microsoft Office 365 (desktop & admin support)

  • Excellent customer-facing skills with a professional, well-presented manner

  • Strong troubleshooting abilities with high attention to detail

  • Service-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Desirable

  • Fluency in French
