Whether your background lies in Private Client (Personal Tax) or Corporate Tax, there's an opportunity here to lead, shape, and grow a thriving portfolio. The opportunities:
- Private Client / Personal Tax: Lead a high-quality portfolio with a particular focus on advisory work, including IHT, succession planning, and complex personal tax matters. Develop strong client relationships across a diverse mix of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and family businesses.
- Corporate Tax: Manage a varied client base, from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses to large corporates, delivering strategic tax advice and overseeing complex compliance projects. Drive business development and play a pivotal role in shaping the service offering.
Both roles combine people leadership, client engagement, and business development – with the scope to influence the strategic direction of the tax function. You'll work alongside other senior leaders, coaching and developing talented teams while delivering high-value advisory projects. About you:We're looking for individuals currently operating at Senior Manager or Associate Director level, or strong Managers ready to fast-track into senior leadership. You'll be CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with proven technical expertise in either private client or corporate tax.
