Role: IT Support Engineer Location: Derby Salary: Up to £27,000 My client is on the hunt for a highly motivated IT Support Technician who has a passion for IT and excellent communication skills. Role & Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee the company's helpdesk portal. * Deliver 1st Line support for tickets submitted via the helpdesk, phone, instant messaging, or email. * Coordinate with third-party software and hardware vendors to resolve issues that cannot be addressed internally. * Track and follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution. * Set up user accounts, configure, and install hardware for new hires and manage the offboarding process for leavers. * Perform general administrative support tasks. * Documentation Key skills: * M365 suite * Active Directory & Azure * VOIP Phone System * MDM Platform * Anti-Virus Management * Strong Customer Service skills * Communicate technical information (both verbal & written) to a wide rang of end-users.
