+ Build rapport and relationships with Customers

+ Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club, including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area, kitchen, and general housekeeping throughout the Club. This includes checking toilets and ensuring presentation is always to a high standard.

+ Support with other duties as requested by the line manager.

+ Ensure a Safer Gambling Environment for all Customers and Colleagues across all channels: online, in club, and live.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in delivering first-class, personalised customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or leisure.
  • Outstanding communication skills adaptable to different situations.
  • Experience handling cash and basic numeracy skills.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and ensure customers follow company policies and standards.
  • Applicants must be 18+.
