The salary for this position is £46,000 + £5,000 car allowance, and mileage for any travel can be claimed immediately from home to site.
The role:
- Plan and deliver maintenance programmes for planned and cyclical works, delivering projects from inception to completion
- Prepare specifications of schedules of works for planned improvements and corrective works in line with CDM regulations
- Establish and maintain successful relationships with contractors, ensuring works are delivered to a high standard and provide value-for-money
- Conduct stock condition surveys, using data to inform planned maintenance programmes
