For Companies Ideal Recruit is looking for Class 1 drivers with a minimum of 12 months of experience for a well-established client based in Skelmersdale. Various start times and shift patterns are available. Ad-hoc work is available, and part-time (weekends only) is also an option.
Duties: General Haulage on curtain-sided trailers.
PAYE Pay Rates: Monday - Friday. £15.75 for the first 8 hours, then £23.00 after.
You will need to meet the below criteria to be considered for the vacancy:
- HGV Class 1 driving entitlement (category CE).
- At least 12 months of experience as a Class 1 driver.
- Valid Driver’s CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.
- No more than 6 points for minor endorsements.
