What Youll Be Doing
As a key part of the delivery operations team, youll shape the Ocado customer experience through impactful site based training and development.
You Will
- Deliver training to new and existing staff on customer service, food safety, manual handling, and safe systems of work
- Provide both practical and theory-based driver coaching to improve risk awareness, driving skills, and promote a positive driving mindset
- Offer constructive feedback and track trainee progress Keep training records accurate, complete, and audit-ready
- Be responsible for delivering the full suite of training required at the site, including Site Marshal training.
We\’re also looking for someone whos keen to grow and developparticularly in delivering compliance-based courses such as Food Safety and Health & Safety, as needed.
What Youll Bring
- A clean record:
- DVSA Approved Driving Instructor status (Fleet registered is a bonus)
- No live sanctions
- No MVIR in the last 12 months
- No more than 3 points on your driving licence
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a specialist team
- A flexible approach to delivering training at various locations
- Strong working knowledge of the Google Suite, PowerPoint, and UK traffic regulations
- Ability to deliver clear, honest feedback to help others grow
