Medical Admin Assistant Location: Chelmsford Salary: £12ph Contract Type: Part time Are you a personable, flexible, and motivated individual looking to join a dynamic healthcare team? Our client is seeking a Medical Admin Assistant to provide vital support to our Medical Secretaries, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: Filing, archiving, and photocopying documents Minute-taking for meetings as required Coordinating and facilitating meetings (both in-person and remotely) Ensuring accurate record-keeping in line with governance standards Maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act and company policies Updating patient information within Priory database systems with accuracy Organizing and filing documentation to support financial auditing processesWhat We\’re Looking For: GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent Excellent keyboard and IT skills, with proficiency in standard office applications An understanding of medical terminology (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentIf you are a proactive and organized administrator with a passion for supporting healthcare professionals, we\’d love to hear from you!
