Do you have a talent for building relationships and inspiring others to take action? If so, we need you! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Fundraising and Engagement Coordinator. Our clients provide vital support and services to people in need, helping them rebuild their lives. As part of the fundraising team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring they can continue this life-changing work. Benefits: * Salary: £31,439 – £34,909 per annum * Hours of work 37hrs * 25 days holiday + bank holiday * Death in service 3 x Salary * Employee Assistance program * Pension About the Job: You will be the driving force behind community fundraising initiatives. You will need to engage with schools, faith groups, community organisations, and individuals and inspire them to support the mission. Your work will help raise crucial funds, spread awareness, and build long-term relationships within the community. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Community Fundraising – Develop and grow fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives that inspire community involvement. * Build Relationships – Engage with schools, faith groups, and local communities, encouraging them to support the charity through fundraising and volunteering. * Coordinate Events – Plan and deliver impactful fundraising events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. * Support Volunteers – Recruit, train, and empower a network of volunteer fundraisers, providing them with resources and encouragement. * Stewardship & Recognition – Ensure community supporters feel valued and appreciated, keeping them engaged with our cause.
