The Senior Video Editor Opportunity: This is an unmissable opportunity to elevate our client’s brands by crafting compelling video content that engages audiences and drives results. You’ll play a crucial role in producing high-performing creative assets for our clients’ ad campaigns across multiple platforms. This would be the perfect role for someone who is a highly creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong grasp of video production, storytelling, and editing for performance-driven campaigns. You will have creative scope to make the role your own, developing original concepts for video ads and marketing campaigns, ensuring our clients’ creative stands out in a competitive market. What your day looks like – you know the drill… Day-to-day activity will vary depending on the requirements of our clients, but will include: + Creating compelling ad creatives for our clients in the home, garden, and lifestyle sectors across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) + Developing engaging video content that aligns with our client’s campaign goals, brand messaging, and audience insights + Overseeing video projects from initial concept and storyboarding to production, post-production, and optimisation + Collaborating with the creative and paid media teams to develop ad creative strategies that align with our client’s campaign objectives + Editing video content to an excellent standard, ensuring each piece is optimised for its intended platform and audience + Experimenting with creative techniques, trends, and formats to enhance ad performance. + Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in video advertising About You: + Proven experience creating video content specifically for paid media campaigns (social ads, display, YouTube pre-roll, etc.) for clients + Strong storytelling and visual composition skills + Proficiency in video editing using Davinci Resolve + Experience with sound design, motion graphics, and colour grading + A keen understanding of platform-specific requirements for social media and ad platforms + Strong eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality content quickly + Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously + Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients + A creative portfolio showcasing original ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions Desired: + Experience working within home, garden, or lifestyle sectors is a plus + Background in videography, motion design, or marketing is desirable + Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting and creative testing + Ability to shoot high-quality video content using professional camera equipment Perks include: + Work for the ‘Paid Media Agency of the Year 2024’ + A stunning Oxfordshire countryside office in a converted barn + 23 days holiday + birthday off + additional holiday for tenure + Regular team socials and events (go-karting, theme parks, dinners, etc.) + Clear career growth paths + Learning resources and personal development plans + Free snacks, drinks, and on-site parking + Company pension contributions Your creative portfolio is the most important element of your application – we’re looking for originality, creativity, and passion.
