Our client, a growing distributor, is looking for a technically-minded SEO and UX specialist to lead the charge on improving website performance, user experience, and organic visibility. Working in a small team, this is a hands-on role with real influence across site structure, optimisation, and conversion.
The Role – SEO Manager
You’ll take ownership of SEO and UX strategy across the site. From audits and technical fixes to improving content, layout and customer journey, you will also manage a six-figure paid search budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all aspects of SEO: technical, on-page and backlinks
- Identifying and implementing UX improvements across desktop and mobile
- Collaborating with developers on site performance, structure and speed
- Managing paid search campaigns and optimising for ROI
- Improving site navigation, product page layout and overall conversion pathways
- Using Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar to gauge progress
- Supporting wider digital projects including CRO and content
About You
- 3-5 years’ experience in SEO, UX or digital optimisation
- Strong technical understanding of SEO best practice and tools
- Hands-on experience improving website UX and usability
- Experience managing paid search campaigns and budgets
- Comfortable working with developers and using data to inform decisions
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment
