Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Associate

Salary Range: £50,000 to £70,000

Location: Leeds City Centre (hybrid working)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters, including group actions litigation
  • Work closely with senior team members on complex and high-value claims
  • Engage in client liaison, medical expert instruction, and negotiations
  • Contribute to business development and marketing activities where required
