We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of a Housing Supply Officer, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £22.98 – £28.99 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Secure temporary and PRS (Private Rented Sector) housing to meet homelessness duties.
  • Negotiate with landlords and agents to acquire and renew leases.
  • Ensure all properties meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Conduct inspections and manage handovers and handbacks.
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from tenants, landlords, and agents.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong IT and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of housing law and procurement practices
  • Ability to manage workloads independently
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
