Product Manager – Mortgages
London – hybrid (3 days each week in the office)

Our client, a specialist mortgage lender, is seeking a detail-driven, insight-led Product & Proposition Manager to help shape, monitor and evolve their mortgage product offering to ensure it meets the needs of their unique customer base and stays ahead of the market.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Duties of the Product Manager will include:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of competitor propositions and positioning, delivering regular, actionable insights.
- Evaluate product performance by analysing customer profiles and loan characteristics, providing ongoing performance reports.
- Maintain accuracy across broker sourcing systems and enhance the visibility and positioning of products.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation by assessing existing product performance and conducting thorough market and competitor research.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and Word/PowerPoint for presenting insights
- Experience as a product analyst or product manager from within the mortgage industry
- Knowledge of mortgage broker sourcing systems
