If you have a flair for ensuring safety while providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you! Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour Shift Pattern: Ad hoc Essential Requirements: First aid at work and NPLQ certificate required Your Role: As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of all users in and around the pool area. Your commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness will be essential in providing a safe environment for everyone. Key Responsibilities: Provide lifeguard cover and ensure safe pool usage. Maintain vigilant watch over the swimming pool areas, taking necessary actions to ensure the safety of all users. Caution swimmers about unsafe practises and enforce pool rules. Administer first aid treatment and emergency care when required. Attend regular training sessions to keep your skills sharp and compliant with the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in pool areas and changing facilities. Interact positively with the public, delivering exceptional customer service. Supervise children\’s activities, including parties and holiday events. Conduct pre-opening checks of the facility and equipment. Assist in promoting our Learn to Swim Programme.What We\’re Looking For: A proactive and vigilant individual with a passion for water safety. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
