• Lead statutory accounts preparation and liaise with auditors.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, cashflow management, and payroll/pension processes.
• Drive process improvements and compliance with financial regulations.
• Support the roll-out of a new finance system.
• Manage and develop a small, high-performing finance team.

About You:

• CCAB/CIMA qualified with strong post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in senior financial accounting roles within complex organisations.
• Skilled leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
