Reactive Maintenance Joiner Location: Paisley, Renfrewshire (Covering West/Central areas) Type: Permanent, Mobile Working Rate: Between £16.00 and £18.50 p/h DOE, Pension: Government Stakeholder, Vehicle: Provided Description: Consilium Contracting Services are an extremely fast paced 24/7 Multi-Trade contracting company, this role being based in Paisley, Renfrewshire, you will cover on a mobile basis West, Central Scotland geography but not limited to that. They operate mostly in the public sector for Housing Associations / Councils on a Multi-Trade approach managing their Social Housing stock, they also operate in private domestic homes. As a 24/7 Reactive Repairs, Maintenance & Refurb company we deliver more than 2,500 Multi-Trade jobs each month all on a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) ranging from small type repairs to larger works known as Voids. They are looking for a Reactive Repairs Maintenance Joiner to join their team. Ideally the individual will be familiar with Housing Associations / Councils and be a team player. The candidate must be able to undertake a variety of differing repair and installation jobs, and the following are but an example of this expectation: * Reactive Joinery maintenance, Planned Joinery maintenance, General multi-trade repairs, Locks/Ironmongery repairs and replace i.e. forced access and so on. * General Refurbishment works for Voids, Kitchen upgrades, Bathroom upgrades, Wet walling, medical adaptations, and also general repair type jobs. Please note, there will be a requirement for occasional Out of Hours/Overtime \”To get the job over the line\” and note leave a customer without essential needs. Further note you will be put on an ON-CALL Rota (approximately 1 in 4) for this role. ****We ask that you work your 8 hours per day in full, you are and will be monitored for start and finish times. Please simply be ethical and moral, work your 8 hours per day – a fair day pay for a fair days work AND take care of our Van/Equipment
