Job Title: Outbound Customer Service Advisor – temp to perm Location: Bradford, BD6 Salary: £11.44ph – Annual salary of £23,750 – to rise in April Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday hours between 7am-7pm About Us: We are representing an amazing company in Bradford who are looking to expand their Customer Service Team! This is a great opportunity in a thriving business, perfect for experienced customer service representative or for those wanting to get into the industry! Role Overview: As an Outbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers and potential leads to provide information, answer queries, and promote relevant services. Your main goal will be to create a positive customer experience while driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
