Job Opportunity: Yard Operative
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Yard Operative to join a well-established construction equipment sales and service company. This full-time role offers a salary of £12.50 per hour for a 39-hour workweek and £18.75 with overtime.
As a Yard Operative, you will be responsible for loading and unloading lorries safely and efficiently. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
- Keeping the yard clean and organized.
- Issuing delivery notes and maintaining accurate records.
- Photographing and cleaning machinery.
- Operating forklifts and cranes.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a Yard Operative, Yard Worker, Warehouse Operative, Yard Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience with machinery and unloading lorries is preferred.
Shift details:
- 8 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
