Our fantastic client are looking for an Assessor Manager to lead the standardisation, quality assurance, and operational oversight of professional assessments. This brilliant role is based near High Wycombe, with 4 days a week working from home and one in the office. The salary on offer is between £40,000-£44,000 DOE. What will I be doing in the Assessor Manager role? * Manage & Support Assessors – Recruit, train, and oversee assessors and panel members, ensuring consistency and excellence in assessments. * Standardisation & Compliance – Develop and uphold assessment frameworks, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and adherence to regulations. * Quality Assurance & Improvement – Conduct audits, implement best practices, and drive continuous enhancement in assessment processes. * Data & Insights – Analyse assessment trends, identify risks, and provide strategic recommendations. * Operational Efficiency – Ensure assessments run smoothly, addressing challenges and maintaining a fully resourced assessor pool.
