SENIOR SALES and LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR About this role Our client is a respected and successful Multi Office Estate Agent. They are looking for an energetic and experienced Senior Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team at their Bow office. Key Roles and Responsibilities * Registering new applicants * Arranging and accompanying viewings for both disciplines * Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating lets/sales * Processing referencing * Arranging: gas safety checks, EICRs, EPCs * Building and maintaining good relationships with vendors, landlords and tenants * Providing consistently high levels of service and communication * Knowing a client’s requirements to ensure efficient service * Ability to generate new business Required Skills and Qualifications * Two years minimum experience in London/Greater London. * Must be confident with a proven record of success. * Self-motivated and determined. * Enthusiastic with high standards of service and presentation. * Organised. * Must have a current driving licence and car. The Package Basic: £22k/23k Car allowance: £400 pcm Realistic OTE: £45k/50k Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 6.30pm Friday 9am – 6pm Saturday 10-4pm 3 days off per month
