We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Performance Reporting Specialist in our Policyholder Performance and Asset Reporting team within Retirement Solutions & Asset Management Commercial Finance.
Job Type: Permanent
Location : This role could be based in any of our UK offices (London, Birmingham, Edinburgh or Telford) with time spent working in the office and at home.

The role
As a Performance Reporting Specialist, you’ll play a key role in monitoring and analysing fund performance, supporting data accuracy, and delivering clear, timely reporting to internal stakeholders and governance committees. You’ll work closely with colleagues to maintain fund watchlists, support action plans, and ensure data integrity across all reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Analyst in tracking and analysing policyholder fund performance.
- Maintain fund watchlists and contribute to performance improvement planning.
- Produce and distribute fund performance reports to internal stakeholders and committees.
- Validate data accuracy and completeness before use in calculations and reporting.
- Source fund performance data from market vendors and fund managers.
- Calculate fund performance using spreadsheet tools, applying appropriate controls.
- Support data management for benchmarks and other static data.
- Provide policyholder data to internal teams as needed.
