This position involves overseeing legacy PAS testing (conducted by another vendor on legacy PAS extract) which will be loaded into DXC C&S (Target PAS system). The role requires working with the RSA internal test team to ensure C&S functions correctly with migrated data. Data migration testing experience is essential. Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and reporting of data migration testing activities.
- Collaborate with Data Migration, QA, Business, and Development teams to define test strategy, scope, and acceptance criteria.

- Assess data readiness and test coverage.
- Define and enforce data quality metrics and KPIs for migration validation.
