We\’re hiring a confident and inspiring Team Leader to join a fast-growing and disruptive beauty brand redefining what modern luxury looks like. As Team Leader, you’ll be a key figure on the shop floor – leading by example, driving team performance, and ensuring every customer experience is elevated and memorable. You’ll help bring the brand’s vision to life through exceptional service, impactful storytelling, and a supportive team culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach and support a dynamic retail team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Champion the customer journey, delivering high-touch service and expert product guidance
- Collaborate with management on stock, scheduling, and store operations
- Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing training for new starters
- Help execute creative in-store activations and seasonal events
- Foster a fun, driven, and team-focused environment
