We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Ad Specialist and Marketing Assistant to join our team part time. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, confident with paid ads, and enjoy supporting campaigns that deliver performance and impact, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
• Set up, manage and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok
• Research and test new audiences, hooks and creatives to improve performance
• Support the wider team with marketing admin tasks, content coordination and performance reporting
• Collaborate on content ideas and assist with creative planning
• Track KPIs and help turn data into actionable insights
What We’re Looking For
• Experience running Meta Ads is essential
• Confidence with TikTok Ads is a plus
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative best practices and campaign optimisation
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own time
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Bonus if you’ve worked with influencers, UGC or branded content
