Qualifications: A relevant degree in Spanish or a related subject, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. Training: Experience in classroom management and differentiated instruction. Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures. Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students. To be considered for the higher end of the salary bracket, candidates should demonstrate: Advanced Teaching Experience: Extensive experience in teaching Spanish at GCSE level, with a proven track record of student success.
