Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 Oxford (OX3) Education and Training A great Nursery is expanding their team for a Nursery Practitioner – Level 3, to start ASAP. Perfect for any graduates that have recently passed Level 3 Childcare or an experienced Practitioner seeking a new challenge. The Nursery is connected to a Primary, with great prospects if you want to expand your career with no limits to explore KS1 or KS2 in the future. Opportunities for future roles in other year groups and for a managerial position for the more experienced Practitioners. Experienced Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 are encouraged to apply and show initial interest in a managerial position. Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 Oxford (OX3) ££ Competitive salary Level 3 Childcare or similar (or above) Management role 08:30am – 3:30pm with options for additional hours 08:00am – 17:00pm if desired. Education and Training role Role Responsibilities: Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage Oxford children's growth and learning. Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections. Required Qualifications: Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare or similar. Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
