We’re looking for two experienced Engineers to provide expert consultancy, inspection, and strategic advice on optimising rail track systems. You don't need to be in a consultancy role now as mentoring will be given, but you do need to be a subject expert with the ability to work with high level client contacts. The Role: * Provide high-level consultancy on track systems and infrastructure. * Conduct inspections and develop strategic recommendations. * Address track geometry, fixings, points, crossings, drainage, and stress management. * Write detailed reports with actionable insights. * Mentor client teams and enhance operational excellence. What You Need: * Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. * Proven expertise in track engineering, analysis, and process optimisation. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to deliver world-class solutions and client-focused recommendations.
