Cleaning Supervisor Location: Cardiff Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday) About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage the cleaning operations across two sites in Cardiff. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and lead a team of cleaners at two different sites. * Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met. * Assign daily cleaning tasks and monitor progress throughout the shift. * Provide support and training to the cleaning team, promoting high-performance standards. * Conduct quality checks to ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard. * Handle any issues or complaints from site personnel in a professional manner. * Ensure that all cleaning materials and equipment are used safely and are maintained in good condition. * Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
