Teaching Assistant – Supply

£13.68 – £16 per-hour (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

About the role

Vision for Education are seeking caring, nurturing and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants who have a passion or interest in working with children and young people. Working in Primary schools across Liverpool and surrounding areas, supporting children with their daily needs both academically and socio-emotionally is a highly rewarding position, with each day being a unique learning experience and the opportunity to truly make a difference.

We work with a number of client Schools across Sefton which have an outstanding reputation in their local area and are passionate about ensuring our community provides the best possible education for our children.

We pride ourselves on providing a tailored service for our schools and candidates, finding the perfect candidate that is local to the school. Candidates have the freedom to let us know where they are happy to travel for work, and what year groups.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Supply Teaching Assistant you will:

  • Have experience working with children and young people
  • Have a calm and resilient approach
  • Have a passion to support individuals with additional needs

Salary

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to get one
  • Have recent and relevant experience of working with children, young people and or vulnerable groups of people.
