Employee Benefits Financial Advisor Are you an experienced AND DipFA qualified financial advisor looking to move away from sales and focus on providing expert guidance? Join our Employee Benefits Consultancy (EB), part of a leading Group, where you'll help employees make the most of their company benefits through expert financial advice. Why This Role? This is a consultative, advice-driven position—no sales targets, just meaningful conversations that empower employees to make informed financial decisions. You’ll hold one-to-one and group sessions with employees, helping them maximize their Workplace Pensions and integrate them into their overall financial plans. What You’ll Be Doing: * Guiding employees on how and when to consolidate pensions. * Offering insights on pension and investment targeting to align with long-term goals. * Providing advice on efficient mortgage use as part of a financial strategy. * Helping employees determine when to utilise ISAs, protection policies, NS&I products, and cash accounts. * Advising on when Buy to Let or alternative investments could be suitable. * Assisting high earners in navigating Annual Allowance tapering and retirement savings strategies. * Delivering engaging presentations on financial planning, workplace benefit changes, and enhancements like Salary Sacrifice schemes.
