We are looking for either an experienced Managing Director or an experienced Sales Director looking to step up to Managing Director, who has current or recent experience of working for a UK Sales & Service office or British manufacturer of packaging or process machinery supplied to the food industry.
BASIC SALARY: up to £130,000.
BENEFITS:

LOCATION: Covering the UK & Ireland, this a hybrid office & home based role and ideally, you will be living within 2 hours of Leeds.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Managing Director, Sales Director, manufacturer – packaging, process machinery – food
As Managing Director of the companies UK sales and service office you will have full Profit & Loss responsibility of a circa £10+ million turnover business which employs 30+ staff in the UK & Ireland.
You will be expected to manage the business with a strong emphasis on leading and supporting the sales team directly.
We have grown by over 40% in the last 4 years and are looking for the right leader to continue this impressive growth.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Managing Director, Sales Director, manufacturer – packaging, process machinery – food
· You MUST be either an experienced Managing Director or an experienced Sales Director looking to step up to Managing Director level who has current or recent experience of working for a UK Sales and Service office or British manufacturer of packaging or process machinery supplied to the food industry.
· You MUST be willing and able to lead and support the sales team working directly with clients to generate sales and continue growth in turnover.
· Any relevant engineering or business management qualifications would be advantageous.
