Your journey begins with a dedicated Command-Focused Selection Day, designed to look beyond the CV and assess the skills that matter, technical competency, decision-making, leadership potential and your appetite for taking control.
Once on board, you’ll sit down with one of our training specialists to design a personalised programme that’s tailored to your learning style, pace and previous experience. No one-size-fits-all training – this is about getting you ready for command in a way that suits you.
Your bespoke pathway will typically include:
• Structured right-hand seat consolidation, focused on command preparation
• Targeted ground school modules, designed around captaincy responsibilities
• Dedicated command upgrade training when you’re ready, not when the calendar says so
