I am looking for a document controller to create uploads on an internal server and portal for all design documents and support the team with database and document administration. As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of project documentation. This role is perfect for someone who has some experience of compliance or working with CAD drawings or as document control administrator previously, and for someone eager to learn and develop within a supportive team. Key Responsibilities: • Organise, manage, and maintain project documents • Add tender information to new projects • Upload drawings to the app. • Provide progress snapshots for quality forms • Set up tablet computers in preparation for site with apps. • File and print out as required product literature for site quality files. • Create schedule of uploads in line with design programme What we are looking for: Some experience within database management, document controller, compliance administration or a similar role Any experience with CAD drawing would be advantageous but not essential Strong attention to detail and organisational skills – essential A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong IT skills, including using databases and Microsoft Office. Car driver required but Free onsite parking!! Full time office based 9-5 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Prior experience is needed – but training will be provided
