Job Description

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The role is based in our Castle Lane store.

As a Department Manager, you will oversee a department to support the sales and profit of the store, and work with your team to deliver a Customer First Experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead with a vision to provide the best experience for colleagues and customers
  • Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and support development and training for succession planning
  • Analyze and follow up on sales and profit KPIs for your department
  • Ensure health & safety, legal, and security standards are met according to H&M standards and local laws to guarantee safety for employees and customers

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Management experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Previous experience leading and managing teams

Availability is fully flexible, including weekends, 7 days a week.
