Job Description

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The role is based at the H&M Brighton store.

Our Leaders aim to develop our people and grow our business. As a Department Manager, you will oversee a department to support the store\’s sales and profitability, and work with your team to deliver a Customer First Experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead with a vision to ensure the best experience for colleagues and customers
  • Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and support development and training for succession planning
  • Analyze and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department
  • Ensure Health & Safety, legal compliance, and security standards are met according to H&M and local laws to safeguard employees and customers
