Job Title: VIP Experience Ambassador
As a VIP Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating a warm, welcoming, and lasting impression for our guests.
- Checking in and checking out guests in a personable manner.
- Providing genuine, attentive, and friendly service to reflect Nobu standards.
- Answering questions regarding check-in/check-out times, room availability, hotel services, etc.
- Having thorough knowledge of OPERA to ensure all guest information is captured.
- Anticipating guests\’ needs and providing a personalized, crafted experience.
- Striving for excellent guest reviews at all times.
- Feeling empowered to make decisions that enhance the guest experience or resolve complaints.
