Are you qualifying as a solicitor in 2024? Have you gained transactional corporate experience during your traineeship and are you looking to qualify in to corporate? Our client is recruiting for their highly regarded corporate team. The role will involve mergers & acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, commercial contracts and company secretarial, as well as IP/T and corporate finance. The successful applicant can expect to deal with a wide variety of clients across various corporate projects and you can expect to have regular client contact and be responsible for projects with guidance and supervision right from the start. Applicants must have good organisational skills, be competent time managers and have good attention to detail. The firm offers a friendly and supportive working environment.
