Waterfront UTC are seeking to appoint a highly effective Site Operative to join the Estates Department, to start from 1st September 2025.Join our team as a Site Operative and play a key role in keeping our school clean, safe, and well-maintained. If you\’re hands-on, dependable, and take pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you!This is a part time, permanent, all year-round role, paid on the NJC pay scale D2 points 4-11 (FTE £25,185 – £28,142 – actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £13,613 – £15,211 per annum).The working pattern will consist of 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday. These hours will be on a 2 week rota: Week 1 2pm-6pm, and Week 2 6pm-10pm. This will include evening hours, such as 8pm-10pm (for these hours you will receive £1 or 10% an hour additional payment).The successful candidate will have an attention to detail, will work to a high standard, and will seek to ensure a positive educational environment through their work.
