About The Role

Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for keeping things on track? As a Stock Controller at Arco, you’ll ensure products move smoothly from vendor to customer. Working with teams across the business, you’ll maintain accurate delivery dates, minimise stock issues, and help keep our customer experience effortless.
Key responsibilities include:
  1. Expediting purchase order delivery dates with vendors and inbound logistics partners to ensure dates are maintained accurately on SAP.
  2. Monitoring vendor delivery issues and escalating them to key stakeholders.
  3. Ensuring levels of stranded stock are minimised.
  4. Working closely with vendors to resolve blocked invoices and goods inwards non-conformances.
  5. Collaborating with finance to ensure vendor invoices are received and processed efficiently.
  6. Working with Customer Service for end-to-end visibility of customers’ orders.
  7. Providing insights on vendor performance to Supply Chain and Category teams.
  8. Identifying process improvements to reduce manual work.

The ideal Stock Controller will have:
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and systems.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Good understanding of Arco products and vendors.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
