We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Assistant Admin Manager within the Student Administration team. This role focuses on supporting key student administration processes, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to a proactive, student-centered service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
In this role, you will play a vital part in the smooth operation of student administration, with responsibilities that include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support student administration processes.
Acting as an expert on student administrative procedures, resolving complex issues, and managing data relating to enrolments, funding, examinations, and certifications.
Ensuring the accurate collection, validation, and storage of student data, in line with GDPR and internal policies.
Coordinating student-related events such as enrolments, open days, and examinations.
Supporting continuous improvement efforts across student administration services and leading the implementation of changes where needed.
Providing guidance and training to staff on administrative systems and processes to enhance service delivery.
