Recruitment Fox is seeking a Business Development Executive with outbound sales experience for our client based in Bath who have a great Employee Value Proposition. What\’s on offer! * Basic salary of £30,800DOE – OTE £45,000, bonus earned monthly and immediately after you complete training * Hybrid – 3 days in the office – 2 days at home! * Monday to Friday hours – 9-5pm * Flexible working policy * Enhanced parental leave * Generous annual leave * Healthcare plan * Pension scheme * Rewards programme You\’ll be engaging with potential clients, identifying their needs, and promoting their solutions to drive value and revenue.
