The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
Due to their continued expansion, my client is now looking to recruit a Corporate Associate to join their busy team in Bishops Storford. The successful candidate will be 2 – 5 years PQE with a strong technical background, good commercial awareness, and wide-ranging transactional experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join an growing Corporate and Commercial team which deals in high value corporate transactions. You would be joining a friendly, enthusiastic, supportive, and well-regarded team. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of work and will need to demonstrate experience in: – acquisitions and disposals and other forms of corporate transactions (debt finance, management buy-outs and company re-structuring) – being proficient in Companies Act related matters – drafting shareholder's agreements, partnership agreements and other types of commercial agreements. You must be professional, motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be expected to run your own caseload but also be an interactive team member.
