A dynamic and medium-sized architectural practice is on the lookout for a talented and motivated CDM Consultant who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys the challenge of leading a team. Renowned for its commitment to design excellence and an impressive portfolio of prestigious projects, this practice places a high value on fostering and supporting its team members. This role offers the opportunity to eventually take charge of a significant portion of their internal projects, contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth. In this position, you’ll benefit from the autonomy to manage your projects with flexibility, including the option to work remotely. On average, you’ll spend two days per week in the office. The CDM Consultant Role As a Principal Designer, you’ll manage a varied portfolio of exciting projects, fulfilling the dual responsibilities of Principal Designer and Client Advisor. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team of CDM and Health & Safety professionals to deliver exceptional results. The CDM Consultant Will Have: NEBOSH Construction (essential) Tech IOSH (minimum requirement) APS Membership (preferred) Design Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or Surveying (preferred) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in CDM or a related field Skills: Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a teamWhat’s In It for You?
