Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Secondary Teacher Contract Type: Temporary Salary: Competitive/Scale depending on experience Working Hours: 8:15 AM – 3:30 PM Job Description: Our Client is seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher to join a vibrant and successful department. We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to teaching and a desire to inspire students in their language learning journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in [language(s)], marking student work, and providing meaningful feedback to support their progress. Key Responsibilities: * Planning and Teaching: Prepare and deliver high-quality, engaging, and differentiated lessons in [language(s)], tailored to students’ needs. * Marking and Feedback: Mark student work regularly, providing detailed and constructive feedback to help students improve. * Assessing Progress: Monitor and assess student performance through regular assessments, tracking progress, and providing support for improvement. * Classroom Management: Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and progress. * Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues within the department and the wider school to promote the teaching of languages and share best practices.
